A common theme among everyone in the theater–we’ve all had a bad audition. Almost nothing in the theater is more nerve-wracking than the audition process, so if you’re feeling this way rest assured that you’re not alone!

What I’ve learned over the years is that auditioning is a skill, just like any other in the arts. I’ve met artists who were brilliant talents but felt like they weren’t good at auditioning, and sadly it’s something that can cost you roles.
